Legal advice for the partial plan Ciudad La Salle​

Licensing and execution of urban planning work for Nestlé in Valledupar​

Recently, under the coordination of Fernando Laserna, the firm LASERNA & BARON directed, in its entirety, the urbanization process of the NESTLÉ properties in the city of Valledupar, including the preliminary phases of feasibility, design, licensing and execution of the urbanistic work, until its delivery to the Municipality.​

Asesoría jurídica para el plan parcial Ciudad La Salle​

Fernando Laserna, socio de Laserna & Baron Abogados, lideró la asesoría jurídica y formuló, junto con la firma de arquitectos Urbanos Zonas de Creación y Construcción S.A.A, el Plan Parcial CIUDAD LA SALLE ubicado en el norte de la ciudad de Bogotá, el cual cuenta con 50 hectáreas de área bruta.  A la fecha la Secretaría de Planeación Distrital emitió la Resolución de viabilidad No. 1526 del 11 de septiembre de 2017 y se encuentra en trámite de revisión y firma el decreto distrital de adopción, todo lo cual se espera suceda antes de finalizar el año 2017. Con la Adopción del Decreto de Plan Parcial se espera diseñar y aplicar  un esquema de gestión que sirva de modelo para la ejecución de proyectos urbanos integrales en los que, como en el caso de Ciudad La Salle,  brinde a la entidad que lo promueve los mayores beneficios económicos posibles para que ellos puedan ser destinados por ella al cumplimiento de su misión educativa y  de alto contenido social, y a la ciudad un sector urbanísticamente autosuficiente con un muy alto nivel de vida para sus habitantes y para su zona de influencia.

Obras de Urbanismo para Nestlé en Valledupar​

Recientemente, bajo la coordinación de Fernando Laserna, la firma LASERNA & BARON dirigió, en su totalidad, el proceso de urbanización de los predios de NESTLÉ en la ciudad de Valledupar, incluidas las fases preliminares, de factibilidad, diseño, licenciamiento y ejecución de las obras de urbanismo,  hasta su entrega al Municipio.​
