Legal advice for the partial plan Ciudad La Salle​

Fernando Laserna, partner of Laserna & Baron Abogados, led the legal counsel and formulated, together with the urban architects Zonas de Creación y Construcción S.A.A, the Partial Plan CIUDAD LA SALLE, located in the northern area of the city of Bogotá, which has 50 hectares of gross area. To date, the Department of District Planning issued the feasibility Resolution No. 1526 of September 11, 2017 and is in process of reviewing and signing the district decree of adoption, all of which is expected to happen before the end of 2017.

The Adoption of the Partial Plan Decree initiates the design and application of a management scheme that will serve as model for the execution of integral urban projects in which, as in the case of Ciudad La Salle, provides the entity that promotes it the most possible economic benefits so they can be destined by it to the fulfillment of its educative mission with high social content, and to the city, an urbanistically self-sufficient sector with a very high level of life for its inhabitants and its zone of influence.​
